a) The obvious, in April spill over happens. India Jumped from U to 1dec 03 in April08
b) in 2008 April India Eb2 tied with China Eb2 as India Eb2 was unavailable in March 2008
given the regulation of giving spillover by earliest date India Eb2 held China Eb2 at the 1Dec03 date for the month of April 2008
c) This year has not needed any pd backward movement for India. This is unlike 2008 where it went to Jan02 and Jan00 to U. This means India Quota itself is still being used and yet we are at 15 Feb 04.
Please let me know if you see any more interesting things in this.

Hi All,
Ads and other process took around 8 months(approximately). Just I was talking about the day labor filed with DOL to approval email to HR department. Just I am sharing this information thinking that it might help for someone in thinking in that direction. Eb3 & Eb2 both labors are from the same company. I have US masters degree ( if any wants to know about that).
Your questions are welcome and as much as I know I will share.

Have all those visas made available been used up so far by USCIS? I doubt it.
They are not coming clean on this...first they said they used up 60K visas, now they are saying they worked over wkend to use 25K VISAS...
Its a big scandal....Just to prevent us from filing...

Hey,
I went to the VA DMV in Sterling yesterday and the person there refused to renew my DL based on my original H1B extension extension RECEIPT Notice, saying there is no 'Date' on this document. :mad: These ppl are too dumb. It says clearly on DMV's website - they will give you a 1 yr extension IF there is no date on that document. Need to take a lawyer and paralegal along next time... :confused:
BTW, how did you manage to do this??
I am travelling on the same boat too. I checked with one of the DMVs in VA and they were not ready to accept the H1 extn. receipt notice. I am planning to convert my application to processing.

Here is my point. I spend several hours 3-4 hours at least every day looking through the forum posts hoping to find ways i can contribute to efforts. There are several ideas that are generated in the forum. But cannot find out who is leading it. All i am saying is if we can have a listing of initiatives with some names associated. So i can contribute to the ones that i can support. I am not sure if i am asking for too much here. I am not a IT guy. I do not know what it takes to post it in the front page.

As far as I know, I am pretty aggressive in investment and I am getting @15% right now.. which too in a very unconventional ways.. by investing in forex and start ups with a risk of loosing nearly 80% of the investment in a day. when you 100K-200K and get returns like 100k.. dude that 100%-50% investment.. please let me know where can I do that.
I promise I gonna leave everything and go back with my money make investment in that and live the rest sipping feni by goa beach.

Yesterday, @seaworld, the oldest Shamu got frustrated and killed the trainer. Imagine the level of frustration that goes through her when she is doing the smae thing again and again for 20 years.
